Book Pre-Launch Marketing Document Index
Book marketing can use hundreds of documents. To help find, sort, and share documents, indexes can be created. A book can have a main document index that identifies the plan, task list, and other key documents. It can also include links to other document indexes such as marketing, website, images, operations, and other indexes.
Key Documents List – spreadsheet that contains access to plan, task list, contact list, media channel list, and others key documents and media items.
Document Descriptions – a short one sentence description of the document.
Document Links – insert a link to the document, file, or media URL.
Access Permissions – setup access from view with link to only authorized people can view.
Multiple Indexes – you can have multiple indexes. Your main index can also include links to other indexes such as images, media content, and other other documents.
